Appointments are reserved exclusively for you. As a small, appointment-based practice, missed or late cancellations significantly impact my ability to serve other clients.

All appointments require a valid credit card on file. A non-refundable deposit is collected at the time of booking and applied toward your service.

CANCELLATIONS

  • 48 hours or more notice: A 50% cancellation fee will be charged.

  • 24 hours or less notice, same-day cancellations, or no-shows: 100% of the scheduled service fee will be charged.

  • Cancellations made after the appointment start time are considered no-shows and charged in full.

  • Cancellation fees are not transferable and may not be applied to future appointments.

RESCHEDULING

  • Rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment:
    A 25% rescheduling fee is required plus payment of 100% of the scheduled service, which will be applied to the rescheduled appointment.

  • Rescheduling requests made with more than 48 hours’ notice incur no additional fee.

REPEATED CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULES

  • Clients who cancel or reschedule appointments more than three (3) times—regardless of notice period—may be declined future bookings.

  • This determination is made at the discretion of the business and is non-negotiable.

  • This policy exists to protect schedule integrity and availability for committed clients.

FACIALS & PREGNANCY
Facials are safe during pregnancy and will be modified when necessary, i.e., certain products such as retinol and salicylic acids will be excluded. Please note that although the treatment bed can be inclined up to a 30 degree angle, it may be best to book a shorter facial in order to prevent discomfort from lying on your back. I can also recommend appropriate and active home care for you skin during this unique time.

When booking your appointment, please let me know when you are expecting (pre-natal) or when you delivered (post-natal) so we can best plan the experience for your body.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES

  • Please arrive on time. Appointments begin and end as scheduled to respect all clients. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or forfeited appointment without refund.

  • Please arrive alone. No guests, children, or pets are permitted.

  • All new clients must complete the facial intake form prior to their appointment (sent via text upon booking).

  • Please inform your esthetician of any changes to your skincare regimen or health history prior to your service.

  • Product sales are final. Returns are not accepted.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
