CASE STUDY PARTICIPATION
WHO IS A GOOD FIT?
Do you have acne scarring but no active acne and/or fine lines and wrinkles on your face that you would like to address at a discounted cost?
Have you received a facial treatment with me before?
Do you agree to not receive any other skin treatments during the duration of the program.
Will you be available to receive a 30 minute microneedling session every 2 weeks or 4 weeks (depending on the program you choose) for 5 months, totaling 15 - 10 treatments?
If you choose a program that includes facials, treatments will alternate every 2 weeks between a 60 or 90 minute facial and a 30 minute microneedling treatment.
Will you adhere to the prescheduled treatment schedule and follow the at-home treatment protocol that will be provided to you in a kit at the beginning of the program?
Do you consent to photo usage? Photos will be taken before each treatment and will be used for marketing purposes.
CASE STUDY COST (3 options)
1. 5 MICRONEEDLING SESSIONS + AT-HOME KIT: $1,200 (Regular cost is $1,600).
2. 5 MICRONEEDLING +cAT-HOME KIT AND 1 HOUR FACIALS: $2,250 (Regular cost is $2,725).
3. 5 MICRONEEDLING + AT-HOME KIT AND 1.5 HOUR FACIALS: $2,250 (Regular cost is $3,100).
